Home > Events > Past events Past events2011The purpose was to present and discuss the findings of the project “Mapping the implementation and application of the ESG in the EHEA” (MAP-ESG) and the recommendations to the Bologna ministerial conference 2012 on further development of the ESG. From 30 November until 2 December 2011, INQAAHE and ENQA organised a joint seminar “Internationalisation and QA: Connecting European and Global Experiences”. The seminar took place in Brussels, Belgium at the Metropole Hotel. The seminar was sponsored by GIQAC (UNESCO-Worldbank). EQAF 2011 – "Quality and Trust: at the heart of what we do", Antwerp, Belgium, 17-19 November 2011 The European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF), an annual event co-organised by EUA, ENQA, EURASHE and ESU, is the European conference on quality assurance in higher education that brings together all of the key stakeholders in the field – higher education institutions, quality assurance agencies and students. This event is considered by the four co-organising partners as a major contribution to QA in higher education, and a flagship activity in this field. The sixth European Quality Assurance Forum was hosted by the University of Antwerp and Artesis University College on 17-19 November 2011, and took place in Antwerp, Belgium. ENQA General Assembly, Bucharest, Romania, 6-7 October 2011 The ENQA General Assembly was hosted by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS). ENQA seminar on Quality Assurance of Joint Programmes, 19 September 2011, Vienna, Austria This seminar was held on 19 September 2011 and hosted by the Austrian Accreditation Council (ÖAR). The event took place at the University of Vienna, Austria. Training session/workshop for experts for agency reviews, 5-6 September 2011, London, UK ENQA organised a fifth training session/workshop for experts for agency reviews on 5-6 September 2011 in London, UK. Annual ENQA Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Seminar, 16-17 June 2011, Helsinki, Finland ENQA, in cooperation with FINHEEC, organised a seminar on theme “Learning from each other – using benchmarking to develop IQA” which was held on 16-17 June, 2011 in Helsinki, Finland. This marked the annual meeting of the ENQA IQA Group. ENQA, in cooperation with the Austrian Accreditation Council (AAC), organised a workshop on the theme of "Implementing the ESG in the Balkan region", which was funded by the UNESCO/GIQAC project and held on 16-17 June, 2011 in Vienna, Austria. ENQA workshop on Quality Assurance and Lifelong Learning, 16-17 May 2011, Bonn, Germany ENQA, in cooperation with FIBAA organised a workshop on Quality Assurance and Lifelong Learning which was held on 16-17 May 2011 in Bonn, Germany. Training session/workshop for experts for agency reviews, 10-11 February 2011, Helsinki, Finland ENQA organised a fourth training session/workshop for experts for agency reviews on 10-11 February 2011 in Helsinki, Finland. 1st ENQA Members' Forum, 4 March 2011, The Hague, Netherlands The General Assembly of 2010 introduced a second annual meeting for all members, the so-called Members' Forum. ENQA's Members Forum 2011 was organised in cooperation with the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO), and was held on 4 March, 2011 in The Hague, Netherlands. 2010The fifth European Quality Assurance Forum was co-organised by ENQA, ESU, EUA and EURASHE and supported by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Commission. It was hosted by University Claude Bernard Lyon I, France, on 18 – 20, November 2010. Seventh ENQA General Assembly, 23-24 September 2010, Helsinki, Finland The Seventh ENQA General Assembly was hosted by the Finnish Higher Education Evaluation Council (FINHEEC). ENQA Workshop - Quality Assurance and Learning Outcomes, Vienna, Austria, 9-10 September 2010 ENQA, in cooperation with FHR - Fachhochschulrat, organised a workshop on quality assurance and learning outcomes which was held on 9-10 September 2010 in Vienna, Austria. Annual ENQA Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Seminar, London, UK, 8-9 June 2010 ENQA, in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA, UK), organised a seminar on theme 'Internal Quality Assurance - Enhancing quality culture' which was held on 8-9 June, 2010 in London, United Kingdom. This marked the annual meeting of the ENQA IQA Group. The Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEE Netwrok) held its biennial General Assembly meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria on 28 and 29 May 2010. ENQA, in cooperation with the Magna Charta Observatory of Fundamental University Values and Rights, organised a seminar on quality assurance and transparency in higher education which was held on 17-18 May 2010 in Bologna, Italy. The National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation of Spain (ANECA) hosted an international seminar on Quality Assurance in Higher Education with the theme of "Interaction between stakeholders within the LAC-UE Higher Education Common Area" held in Madrid on 27-28 April, 2010. Bologna Seminar on the European Dimension of Quality Assurance, 14 March 2011, Berlin, Germany The German Accreditation Council and the German Rectors’ Conference jointly organise the Bologna Seminar “The European Dimension of Quality Assurance”. It will take place on 14 March 2011 in Berlin, Germany. Biennial INQAAHE Conference, 4-7 April 2011, Madrid, Spain The 2011 INQAAHE Biennial Conference will take place in Madrid, Spain, from the 4th to the 7th of April 2011. The National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) is hosting this event. The theme is "Quality Assurance: Foundation for the Future". The conference will celebrate INQAAHE's 20th anniversary. Training session/workshop for experts for agency reviews, 11-12 February 2010, Dublin, Ireland ENQA organised a third training session/workshop for experts for agency reviews which was held on 11-12 February 2010 in Dublin, Ireland. 2009Following the success of previous forums, the fourth European Quality Assurance Forum was co-organised by ENQA, ESU, EUA and EURASHE and supported by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Commission. It was hosted by the Copenhagen Business School (Copenhagen, Denmark) on 19 – 21, November 2009. Training session/workshop for experts for agency reviews, 22-23 October 2009, Brussels, Belgium ENQA organised the second training session/workshop for experts for agency reviews which took place on 22-23 October 2009 in Brussels, Belgium. ENQA Workshop on quality assurance of e-Learning, 7-8 October 2009, Sigtuna, Sweden ENQA organised a workshop on the quality assurance of E-learning. The workshop was hosted by the National Agency for Higher Education (NAHE), and took place at Kristina Konferens & Hotell in Sigtuna, Sweden. Sixth ENQA General Assembly, 28-29 September 2009, Barcelona, Spain The Sixth ENQA General Assembly was hosted by the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU).
