Joint capacity building project in Southeast Asia The DIES ASEAN-QA Project which promotes regional quality assurance in Southeast Asia has been sealed by signing a Memorandum of Understanding on the 4th July, 2011 in Bonn. Quality procedures in European higher education: Visions for the future ENQA is conducting a third survey of quality procedures in European higher education focussing on good practice in external quality assurance. The project is financed by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Commission. UNESCO-GIQAC project focuses on capacity building activities for quality assurance networks in the field of higher education in the regions of Central Asia and the Balkans. GIQAC is a joint initiative of UNESCO and the World Bank. Mapping the implementation and application of the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The FLLLEX project addresses challenges and implications of incorporating Lifelong Learning into European higher education institutions. ENQA QA Project in the MENA region ENQA and the World Bank on Higher Education in the Middle East and North Africa are currently collaborating on efforts to create a Quality Assurance system in order to facilitate additional support and create better opportunities for Universities in the MENA region, and surrounding countries. ENQA Project with PROMHEDEU-LAC The PROMHEDEU-LAC (PROMotion of Higher Education Europe- Latin America and the Caribbean) project targets the main collective Higher Education (HE) actors in the EU, Latin America and the Caribbean, many of whom are already members or associated partners of it (ENQA, EAIE, EUA, ACA, EMA, OUI, FLACSO, ANRPerú) and, through them, the whole HE academic and policymaking community. |
