ENQA-coordinated external review of the Agency for Quality Assurance in the Galician University System (ACSUG)

The review evaluated the way in which and to what extent ACSUG fulfiled the criteria for the ENQA membership and thus the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The duration of the evaluation took 13 months, from November 2008 to December 2009.

ENQA-coordinated external review of the European University Association (EUA) Institutional Evaluation Programme (IEP)

The review evaluated the way in which and to what extent EUA-IEP fulfiled the criteria for the ENQA membership and thus the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The duration of the evaluation took 21 months, from February 2008 to November 2009.

ENQA-coordinated external review of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS)

The review evaluated the way in which and to what extent ARACIS fulfiled the criteria for the ENQA membership and thus the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The duration of the evaluation was 11 months, from September 2008 to August 2009.

ENQA-coordinated external review of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Research of Andalusia (AGAE)

The review evaluated the way in which and to what extent AGAE fulfiled the criteria for the ENQA membership and thus the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The duration of the evaluation was 6 months, from July 2008 to January 2009.

ENQA-coordinated external review of the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation of Spain (ANECA )

The review evaluated the way in which and to what extent ANECA fulfiled the criteria for the ENQA membership and thus the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The duration of the evaluation was 5 months, from January 2007 to June 2007.

ENQA-coordinated external review of the Agency for Quality Assurance in the University System of Catalunya (AQU)

The review evaluated the way in which and to what extent AQU fulfilled the criteria for the ENQA membership and thus the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The duration of the evaluation was 8 months, from January 2007 to September 2007.

ENQA-coordinated external review of the Austrian Agency for Quality Assurance (AQA)

The review evaluated the way in which and to what extent AQA fulfilled the criteria for the ENQA membership and thus the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. The duration of the evaluation was scheduled to take about 9 months, from January 2007 to October 2007.

ENQA review of the accreditation and quality assurance practices in the Portuguese higher education (EPHE)

ENQA participated in the overall assessment and quality review of the Portuguese higher education system together with OECD, EUA and EURASHE. The project was financed by the Portuguese Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education (MCTES). ENQA reviewed the present accreditation and quality assurance practices in the Portuguese higher education. The exercise took place between December 2005 and November 2006.
