The ENQA Workshop on Staff Development for Quality Assurance Agencies will take place on 12 December 2024 in Brussels, Belgium in MAI (Maison des Associations Internationales), Rue Washington 40, 1040 Ixelles (Brussels).
Through case examples and sharing of experience between participants, the workshop will explore the competencies needed by staff in QA agencies, and initiatives by agencies to provide professional development and attractive working environments for their staff. Participants will also reflect on how ENQA’s Professional Competencies Framework could be updated to match the evolving needs and expectations of the sector.
The workshop provides an excellent opportunity to learn and share experience and practices with colleagues from across the ENQA community. A draft programme can be found here.
The workshop is open to ENQA members and affiliates. The participation fee for this event is 250 EUR.
In order to register to the event, please fill in the registration form. Please note that participation is on a first come first served basis and is initially limited to two participants per organisation. A waiting list will however be kept should places be available.
