ARQA is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation with the purpose of conducting institutional and specialised accreditations for higher education as well as technical and vocational institutions of Kazakhstan according to national and international standards. The mission of ARQA is to promote the enhancement of the quality of education that highly satisfies the educational needs of individuals and opens access to qualifications necessary for economic and social development. ARQA also aims to contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of the national education system and its integration into the global education process.
