The 2025 European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) Programme Committee is inviting proposals for papers, workshops and practice presentations. The 2025 EQAF will be held in Budapest, Hungary, from 12 to 14 November hosted by Corvinus University of Budapest. The deadline to submit proposals is 22 June 2025.
EQAF is a landmark event in quality assurance organised annually in November by EUA, ENQA, ESU, and EURASHE and regularly attracts more than 400 participants from the higher education quality assurance community in Europe and beyond.
This year’s Forum will discuss the role of quality assurance in preserving public education as a societal asset and promoting academic values for progress. It will explore innovative policies and tools that support institutional autonomy and governance while addressing external challenges. The Forum will also discuss how QA can maintain international academic cooperation within and beyond the EHEA, even amid national restrictions or closures.
The call for contributions welcomes submissions from quality assurance practitioners at higher education institutions and quality assurance agencies, students, and researchers in the field.
