The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA, Ukraine) is pleased to announce that its publication of the MDPI Educational Science Journal special issue “Higher Education Quality Assurance” (included in SCOPUS) is open to submissions of papers for review and publication. Please also be informed about the opportunities to publish the selected articles for free or with agreed discounts:
1) Discount of 30% on APC will be applied to papers submitted by December 31, 2021.
This discount could be increased to 50% but it will be a subject for separate consideration of the Editorial Office, started only in case if authors cordially ask for discount and have enough serious reasons for that. There is no guarantee for positive decision on the additional discount. However, if the authors already have serious scientific background and their papers are cited worldwide the Editorial Office could make a positive decision and provide an additional discount for them.
2) Discount of 50% on APC will be applied to papers submitted by August 1, 2021.
This discount could be increased to 70% but it will be a subject for separate consideration of the Editorial Office, started only in case if authors cordially ask for discount and have enough serious reasons for that. There is no guarantee for positive decision on the additional discount. However, if the authors already have serious scientific background and their papers are cited worldwide the Editorial Office could make a positive decision and provide an additional discount for them.
3) From 1 August 2021 to 31 August 2021, all submissions (once accepted after peer review) to Education Sciences will be published free of charge (100% discount). To take advantage of this opportunity, please submit before the deadline.
