This report presents the outcomes of an external review of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education’s (ENQA) Agency Reviews. As part of its own QA cycle, ENQA has committed itself to undergo voluntary external reviews of the ENQA Agency Reviews, coordinated by an external organisation. The overall focus of this external review, coordinated by the Knowledge Innovation Centre (KIC), was to assess the various activities and procedures of the ENQA Agency Reviews, with a view to improving their usefulness and fitness-for-purpose.
