The ENQA Leadership Development Programme is designed to provide an intensive European peer-learning experience for high-potential professional staff in ENQA member and affiliate quality assurance agencies. The Programme was first launched in 2018 and has been running for six editions.
This publication gathers the reports of the 2025 cohort. Four groups were formed to work on specific topics:
- Reimagining Quality Assurance: Navigating Societal, Green and Digital Transitionsin Higher Education
- Transnational Cooperation
- Agility of QA: Thematic analysis of designing methodologies fit for purpose in external quality assurance
- Stakeholder Involvement in the Boards of European Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education
