ENQA Agency Reviews – Call for experts from ENQA members

ENQA invites its members to nominate candidates for the ENQA pool of experts for ENQA Agency Reviews. ENQA is specifically seeking candidates currently employed (as staff, not as external experts) by a QA agency and with at least five years’ experience in quality assurance of higher education. The nominees are expected to be fluent in English (both written and oral), as it is the main working language of the ENQA Agency Reviews. At this time, one nomination per agency is welcome.

Nominees will be included on a list of candidates, however, this is not a guarantee of being invited to a training and inclusion in the ENQA pool of experts. Places for training are limited and selection is made on the basis of the needs of the pool of experts for the coming year (profile, nationality, language competences, gender, and expertise).

The next ENQA Training for Agency Reviewers will take place online in September 2025 (exact dates will be confirmed soon). The nominees selected to participate in this training event will be contacted individually.

Nominations, signed by the head of agency and including a curriculum vitae of the nominee (using the CV template here), should be sent to ENQA Secretariat at milja.homan@enqa.eu by Thursday 5 June 2025.

***Please note that ENQA Secretariat will save nominated reviewers’ information, including name, email address, profile, nationality, language competences, gender, and expertise, in the ENQA database of experts, which is used for keeping a record of potential reviewers. Nominated candidates may be contacted by ENQA in matters related to ENQA-coordinated reviews. Candidates’ data will not be transferred or shared with any unrelated third parties.***
