ENQA is pleased to launch the 2026 edition of the Leadership Development Programme. The Programme is designed to provide an intensive European peer-learning experience for high-potential professional staff in member and affiliate quality assurance agencies. It is a unique opportunity for QA agencies to offer their staff targeted training in an international environment.
ENQA is continuing its successful collaboration with the Center for Higher Education Policy Studies (CHEPS), University of Twente, the Netherlands as the programme leader. The Programme consists of three seminars and mentored group work, designed to support the development of professional competencies as well as knowledge of European higher education and quality assurance.
Last year’s participants provided exceptionally high feedback on their experience. ENQA recently published the reports resulting from the group projects conducted as part of the Programme in 2025. These reports cover topics including transnational cooperation, agile QA, stakeholder involvement, and navigating the societal, green and digital transitions.
Further details of the 2026 programme, seminar dates, fees, and registration information are available here.
The deadline for registration is 22 March 2026.
Please note that the Programme will run only if it has a minimum number of participants. Information on whether the Programme will run will be communicated after the registration deadline or once it has reached the minimum number.
