The Council of Europe Education Department is seeking consultancy services on ethics, transparency and integrity in education within the framework of its Platform on Ethics, Transparency and Integrity in Education (ETINED). The aim of the tender is to create a pool of consultants to provide consultancy services on those topics to be requested by the Council on an as-needed basis.
