The 2019 European Quality Assurance Forum (EQAF) took place on 21-23 November 2019 in Berlin, hosted by the Technische Universität Berlin.

In its 14th year, EQAF is the largest annual gathering of the European higher education quality assurance community. Under the heading of ‘Supporting societal engagement of higher education’, the 2019 Forum explored how external and internal quality assurance processes could support engaged higher education institutions in developing activities that meet the expectations and needs of all stakeholders and demonstrate their value to society.

Programme

The programme and practical information are available on the EQAF website. You can always stay up to date with the latest news by following @EQAF on Twitter and joining the EQAF LinkedIn Group.

There was also an opportunity to contribute more actively to the Forum by submitting a paper or a proposal for a workshop or world café discussion starter. It was an excellent opportunity to share and discuss policy developments, new practices or recent research with colleagues from across Europe. For each selected paper or workshop, one author or facilitator received a reduced fee to attend the Forum. Further information is available here.
