The ASIIN 2008 Annual Conference was held on October 27 and 28 in Hanover, Germany. This year, discussions and workshops focused on tools and practices for managing quality in higher education. The event also provided opportunities for information about accreditation procedures for new programmes, for running programmes and for system accreditation.
The conference was addressed at representatives of higher education institutions and stakeholders, at the members of ASIIN e. V. and at current and prospective members of its network of expert peers. It was expected that 250 to 300 participants were to attend this event. Of course, ENQA members, affiliates and associates were welcome as well. The conference language was German.
