ENQA Webinar for agencies’ CEOs on their strategic response to COVID-19

20 May 2020 10:00-11:00

ENQA is aware of the important role the Association has to play to facilitate dialogue between its members, even more so in these times of crisis. To support this, ENQA offered a webinar aimed at CEOs of member and affiliate agencies to explore the strategic aspects of how to deal with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar provided participants with an opportunity to share experiences in responding to the impact of COVID-19 and to discuss future challenges related to the “new normal” that higher education institutions and agencies need to adjust to in the following months. The strategic elements of the choices, and the communication with local stakeholders were specifically addressed.

The webinar took place on Wednesday 20 May at 10-11 am (CEST), with the following programme:

10.00    Welcome and introduction to the webinar

10.05    Experiences from NOKUT – Øystein Lund, Director of Quality Assurance at the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education; ENQA Board member

10.20    Experiences from NVAO – Anne Flierman, Chair of Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders; ENQA Board member
