Information
Higher education institutions’ leadership, management, teaching and support staff; quality assurance agency staff; policy-makers and national authorities; students and world of work representatives joined together at the workshop on the ESG as a tool for change where they learned more about the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) directly from its authors; benefitted from exchanges with peers on good practices; overcame challenges in translating the ESG into practice.
The workshop, hosted by AQ Austria, took place on 9-10 May 2016, in Vienna, Austria.

Using a world café format, participants exchanged with other stakeholders on the themes of plenary session II. Participants were able to reflect on the roles and tasks of various actors in ensuring quality.
