In 2020, ENQA celebrated its 20th anniversary!
To commemorate the occasion, we launched a call to our membership to reflect on the past, present and future of ENQA and of quality assurance. The publication is the result of the many contributions we received from across the European Higher Education Area. It includes case examples from members and affiliates, commentary from current and former ENQA Board members, and perspectives for the future. We would like to offer a special thanks all the authors of this publication for their articles, but also to the whole ENQA membership for being a part of our quality assurance family. We hope that next year we can celebrate properly, in person, once the ongoing pandemic allows for such festivities. But more importantly, we look forward to what the next 20 years of collaboration and teamwork with you all can bring to higher education quality assurance!
