ENQA’s Working group VIII on quality assurance and e-learning has recently published Considerations for quality assurance of e-learning provision, a document which aims to provide guidance on how the ESG Parts I and II can be applied in the e-learning context. For instance, when considering ESG 2.4: Peer Review Experts, the working group suggests that consideration be given to the inclusion of reviewers of e-learning programmes/institutions who have experience learning or teaching in an e-learning setting. Further considerations, as well as indicators, are provided in the document, which further aims to initiate discussion among stakeholders.
The working group’s findings will be presented during an EADTU-ENQA webinar, taking place on 19 September, 13.30 – 15.00 (CEST). Participants may register for the free webinar here.
