Listen, Talk and Team-Up – Considerations for panel members in external quality assurance

European Students’ Union and ENQA have developed a publication entitled “Listen, talk and team-up” which is collection of topics and reflections about communication and beyond for panel members in external quality assurance. The publication looks at why effective communication is relevant in agency reviews across the different roles and expectations of involved parties and shares practical tips for building an inclusive and appreciative environment in remote reviews. The publication aims to provide applicable and useful reflections for all experts from all levels of experience.
