In 2020, ENQA celebrated its 20th anniversary! To commemorate the occasion, we launched a call to our membership to reflect on the past, present and future of ENQA and of quality assurance. This publication is the result of the many contributions we received from across the European Higher Education Area. It includes case examples from members and affiliates, commentary from current and former ENQA Board members, and perspectives for the future.
