The present report follows an ENQA seminar on the Internal Quality Assurance – Facing Common Challenges. The seminar was hosted by the The Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO), and took place in The Hague, The Netherlands, in June 2009. Staff members of ENQA member agencies discussed the common, tangible challenges they frequently encounter in their daily operations.
