The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education in the United Kingdom (QAA) underwent an external review coordinated by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) in 2008. The review evaluated whether and how the agency meets the expectations of the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the EHEA.
This review was not coordinated by ENQA; QAA used HEFCE’s review report to apply for ENQA membership.
